How long can we hire your products for?
We will deliver and set up before your event so that everything is ready for when you are! We will then usually come and collect either just before it gets dark or 9pm (whichever is later). If you'd like an alternative time or to hire our products for longer please contact us to discuss your needs and we'll be more than happy to help.

Contact us via any of the methods on our 'Contact Us' page and we will confirm availability and prices for what you'd like. We'll then send you all of the details to confirm your booking if you'd like to go ahead with hiring from us. With 2 very young children at home, it is sometimes difficult for us to answer the phone but if you leave us a voicemail or send us a text or Whatsapp we'll get back to you ASAP.

No! We can provide all of our hire items nationwide. For distances further than 50 miles we will charge mileage. Please contact us for a detailed quote!
When do I need to pay you?

We require a 20% deposit to secure your booking. We ask that the full amount is paid 4 weeks prior to the day. This means that you will have nothing to worry about in the run up to your big day and gives us time to ensure we're focussing on what matters to make your day perfect.

Yes! We ensure that all of our equipment is thoroughly cleaned between each hire & every effort is made to supply you with the whitest castle possible.

We require a fully refundable security deposit upon booking. We do account for standard wear and tear in our prices, however in the unlikely event of any malicious or severe damage while our products are at your event we will unfortunately have to withhold the security deposit to account for the cost of replacement to us.
What happens if it rains?

In severe weather conditions the decision may have to be made that our bouncy castles can't be erected, however there is no reason our equipment can't still be hired in light rain. We can provide white gazebos at an extra cost should you require them. Alternatively, if you have space inside your venue we can place all of our equipment indoors, including our castles (subject to space and venue agreement).

Of course! We are full covered with a £5 million public liability insurance.
